Originally designed for the manufacturing of special rubbers where good blending and dispersion of chemical additives are necessary e.g. CV, GP and Tyre rubber. This machine is also commonly adapted as an off-line machine for the re-processing of semi-dried and rejected rubber.
The Prebreaker is supplied fully assembled together with drive motor and parallel shaft speed reducer on a common baseframe. Several models are available with throughputs ranging from 1 to 4 Ton drc / hr and equipped with various selections of dieplate configuration and drive motors from 100 HP to 300 HP. An optional cooling conveyor system is also available.
This machine is suitable for the granulation of all types of natural rubber. Compared to common Granulators, this machine is highly energy efficient, has reduced throw back and rotor drag and less noise during operation. The Rotary Cutter can be used for intermediate cleaning and blending or for final granulation.
Scissors action blades with slotted mountings are used for reduces power demand and easy maintenance. Blades of high carbon steel, hard facing or stainless steel are available. Various models are available with throughputs ranging from 1 to 3 Ton drc / hr with motor drives ranging from 30 HP to 150 HP.
The Coagulum Crusher is basically designed for the extraction of latex coagula from continuous coagulation troughs. In the process, the machine de-waters, reduces the serum content and at the same time greatly reducing the coagula size.
The unit comprises a pair of large cast iron rollers with straight fluted semi-circular profile. It is mounted on wheels and can be easily pushed along rails. Machine throughput is in excess of 5 Ton drc / hr.
