Various roll diameter sizes ranging from 14" to 24" with electric motor drives of 30 HP to 125 HP are available. Roll speeds, drive arrangement, friction ratio and grooving patterns can be selected to suit all requirements. Machine throughput varies from 1 to 10 Ton drc / hr depending on roll speeds.
Commonly used both as an intermediate or final size reduction machine. It is designed to shred latex and other lower grade rubber crepes into discrete crumbs suitable for uniform drying. It requires very minimal maintenance and operating cost. A complete range of machine sizes are available for selection from roll diameters of 14" to 20" with machinery throughput of 3 to 10 Ton drc / hr.
The Automatic Hydraulic Baling Press is specially designed for the baling of crumb rubber and has a throughput in excess of 3 Ton drc / hr.
Twin chambers are employed to enable both pressing and loading functions to be carried out simultaneously thus increasing machine throughput. Various models are available with pressing force of 67, 100 and 150 Ton. A selection of 3 operating principles are available viz. the "fixed chambers, moving ram" type, the "sliding chambers, fixed ram" type and the "rotary chambers, fixed ram" type.
