The Dryers are automatic machines designed specially for the drying of crumb rubber. Drying capacities ranging from 500 to 5000 kg drc / hr are available in either "Box" or "Trolley" type of designs. The airflow system is of the well-proven "deep-bed throughflow" design.
Direct firing burners fueled with diesoline or kerosene is normally used. However, it can also be fitted for use with heat exchangers or other forms of solid fuels. The Dryer is fully equipped with automatic control instruments to accurately maintain drying time, temperature and airflow at preset levels.
Typically used as a first stage size reduction machine in the wet processing line to pre-treat raw material normally considered too "tough" for the Wet Prebreaker. It is robust in construction and is designed to breakdown large and age-hardened lumps, unsmoked sheets, conglomerated LG lumps and rejected rubber bales into discrete granules.
The machine employs one heavy-duty rotor incorporated with multi-rotating curved knives that cut against three rows of fixed knives. All wear and tear parts can be easily detached for replacement. Machines with capacities of 3 to 6 Ton drc / hr are available.
This is a primary wet-end process machine designed to efficiently breakdown large blocks of lower grade rubber coagula into loose and discrete lumps in a single pass. It is also known as the Twin-Scroll Prebreaker.
The machine is equipped with two counter-rotating steel scrolls with "claws" that drags the rubber into the twin barrel housing and subsequently torn and cut against the die head. The resultant discrete lumps facilitate efficient blending and washing operation further down the processing line. A choice of machine throughputs from 1 to 7 Ton drc / hr are available.
