Air pollutants of exhaust fumes emitted from all rubber Dryers are characterized by volatile fatty acids consisting of acetic, propionic, isobutyric, isovaleric and valeric acid. All these fatty acids have obnoxious odours. The KC double-stage water scrubbing treatment system has proven to be able to markedly remove the pollutants and effectively reduce the malodour with an efficiency level of more than 95%.
These Stirrers are used for the mixing of latex in the Bulking Tank and for the agitation of LG crumbs in a Blending Tank. The Latex Stirrer is manufactured completely from stainless steel and the pitch of the paddle blades is adjustable to suit various applications.
